Instagram influencer Ryan Sokolosky recently participated in the trending "Netflix documentary" social media challenge, which features users humorously framing significant life events as if they were being exposed in a streaming production. In her version, posted as an Instagram Reel, Sokolosky is seen assembling a pink, ride-on toy car resembling a Lamborghini Urus. The caption reads, "Me preparing for my Netflix documentary on surviving dating an NFL player, who ended up cheating on me with a transgender man." She added a separate note stating, "I bought this Lamborghini with my lawsuit money," while using the hashtags "trauma" and "chaos." The post was liked by Grete Griffin, the wife of former NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III.

While Sokolosky did not explicitly name the NFL player in the video, she has a documented history with linebacker Damien Wilson. The pair began dating in March 2020 and, following a brief separation, reunited in February 2022. By April 2022, the relationship had ended after Sokolosky accused Wilson of infidelity and filed domestic violence allegations against him. According to reports from the time, Sokolosky alleged that Wilson arrived at her apartment intoxicated, threatened her with a tire iron, damaged her patio, destroyed her laptop, and choked a friend who was present. She further claimed he attempted to run her over as he departed. Following these events, Sokolosky obtained a protective order and remarked to the Dallas Morning News that Wilson believed his wealth would shield him from consequences.

Legal counsel for Wilson, attorney Toby Shook, firmly denied the allegations in April 2022, stating that Wilson did not commit any assault and that they anticipated the facts would clear his name. Professionally, Wilson—who was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in 2015—has had a varied career. He played for the Carolina Panthers in 2022 before his release in March 2023, and later signed with the Dallas Cowboys in January 2024, though he was waived that August. Wilson is also a Super Bowl champion, having served as a middle linebacker for the Kansas City Chiefs during their 2019 season, where he contributed four tackles in their 31-20 victory over the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl LIV.

Instagram influencer Ryan Sokolosky jumped on the viral "Netflix documentary" trend on Sunday that has taken TikTok and Instagram Reels by storm.

Although they briefly broke up, they got back together in February 2022.Two months later, Wilson was arrested by police in Frisco, Texas, after Sokolosky made domestic violence allegations against him.
