In her version, posted as an Instagram Reel, Sokolosky is seen assembling a pink, ride-on toy car resembling a Lamborghini Urus. The caption reads, "Me preparing for my Netflix documentary on surviving dating an NFL player, who ended up cheating on me with a transgender man." She added a separate note stating, "I bought this Lamborghini with my lawsuit money," while using the hashtags "trauma" and "chaos." The post was liked by Grete Griffin, the wife of former NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III.
While Sokolosky did not explicitly name the NFL player in the video, she has a documented history with linebacker Damien Wilson. The pair began dating in March 2020 and, following a brief separation, reunited in February 2022. By April 2022, the relationship had ended after Sokolosky accused Wilson of infidelity and filed domestic violence allegations against him. According to reports from the time, Sokolosky alleged that Wilson arrived at her apartment intoxicated, threatened her with a tire iron, damaged her patio, destroyed her laptop, and choked a friend who was present. She further claimed he attempted to run her over as he departed. Following these events, Sokolosky obtained a protective order and remarked to the Dallas Morning News that Wilson believed his wealth would shield him from consequences.
