AS Roma has officially announced contract extensions for two of its most tenured players, Gianluca Mancini and Bryan Cristante. The club confirmed that Mancini has committed his future to the Giallorossi until 2029, while Cristante has signed an extension running through 2028.

These renewals are part of a strategic effort by the club to build a squad centered around an experienced and established core as Roma prepares for a return to the Champions League. Both players have been integral to the team for several years, with Cristante joining the club in 2018 and Mancini arriving in 2019.

The extension for Mancini comes after his previous deal was set to expire next year. The Italy defender had been a target for Inter, who were looking to bolster their defensive options following the departures of Stefan de Vrij and Francesco Acerbi.

Cristante’s new contract serves as a reward for his consistent service to the capital club. Since his arrival in 2018, the midfielder has made 364 appearances for Roma, placing him among the top ten players in the club's history. His versatility and influence within the dressing room have made him a crucial figure for a succession of different coaches.
