YouTube sensation Ms. Rachel is expanding her massive children's entertainment empire into the music industry with the release of her debut album. Rachel Accurso, known to millions of toddlers and parents worldwide for her signature pink headband and interactive lessons, is set to release the 23-track record, titled I'm So Happy, on Sept. 25.

The upcoming compilation, created alongside her husband and business partner Aron Accurso, features a mix of original songs, children's favorites, and traditional nursery rhymes. The project is designed as a musical reimagining of what the couple has achieved on their YouTube channel. Rachel Accurso explained that they wanted to provide young listeners with high-quality, thoughtful compositions. "We think kids deserve rich, thought-out music," she said, noting their decision to incorporate real instruments. "We love putting real instruments in and maybe a kid at home is like, 'Wow, the cello, maybe I could do that!'"

The couple's journey to global stardom began in 2019 when they launched their YouTube channel, "Songs for Littles." They initially started making videos in a parent's basement to help their own son, who was experiencing a speech delay, after struggling to find suitable educational resources. Aron Accurso, a Broadway composer and songwriter, recalled their modest early setup. "We never imagined that it would turn into what it has today when we were making videos," he said, describing how they stacked books to support their camera because they lacked a tripod and set up a simple pop-up green screen. Since those early days, the channel has accumulated over 17.2 billion views, transforming their home project into a multi-million dollar educational and entertainment business. Today, Ms. Rachel's brand spans books, a presence on Netflix, toy stores, and now, physical music.

The couple, who attended the Glamour Women of the Year Awards at The Plaza Hotel in New York on Nov. 4, 2025, have seen their public roles grow alongside their audience. Rachel Accurso has increasingly used her massive platform to advocate for children affected by war and humanitarian crises, including those in Gaza, Ukraine, and Sudan. She views this advocacy as a fundamental responsibility of her public role. "I think every child should be in a warm, safe home with the food they need. And I think as grown ups, it's awful and selfish to not speak about that should be the norm," she said.

However, speaking out has drawn intense public scrutiny. In 2025, the group StopAntisemitism accused her of spreading pro-Hamas propaganda and urged the Department of Justice to investigate her. Accurso denied the allegations, which were ultimately determined to be entirely baseless. Despite the resulting security concerns for her family and business, she remains committed to her message. "Every day I want to say, 'Let's take care of kids'," she said.
