She emphasized that because people cannot personally verify many facts, they must rely on documentation and sources, noting that trusting untrustworthy sources can be dangerous. However, other experts warn that such speculation can cross boundaries. Brad Fulton, a professor of management, data science, and philanthropy at Indiana University Bloomington, stated that political leaders deserve a certain level of privacy regarding their personal health matters, noting that in the current climate, it has become increasingly easy for the public to disregard those boundaries.
