The evaluation saw the Bills' signal-caller ranked above other elite players, including Patrick Mahomes of the Kansas City Chiefs and Matthew Stafford of the Los Angeles Rams. Sharing the news on his Instagram story on Monday, Kelly offered a brief but clear verdict on the four-time Pro Bowl selection, stating simply, "Agreed."
Allen was originally selected by the Buffalo Bills with the seventh overall pick in the 2018 NFL draft. Since joining the franchise, he has been instrumental in leading the team to the playoffs in each of the past seven seasons. Many observers and fans alike view him as the primary candidate to potentially guide the Bills to their first-ever Super Bowl victory, a feat that eluded Kelly despite his four consecutive appearances in the championship game between 1990 and 1993.
