Ahead of their appearance at RAF 11 this weekend, Colby Covington took aim at UFC lightweight contender Arman Tsarukyan, questioning his frequent collaborations with content creator Nina-Marie Daniele. Covington confronted Tsarukyan about the nature of his relationship with Daniele, asking, "Where’s your fake girlfriend? Did you bring Nina Drama to the show? Or is she selling farts in jars and feet pics on the internet?"
When Tsarukyan confirmed that Daniele would indeed be in attendance at the event, Covington escalated his critique, stating, "You got a wife right? Why are you parading around with another man’s wife. It’s just weird, bro. What in the name of Ian Garry are you doing? That’s some c*ck sh*t."
Tsarukyan, who is widely regarded as one of the top lightweights in the UFC, has recently focused on content creation and enhancing his public image as he navigates what some perceive as an implicit title shot exile due to controversies outside the cage. His partnership with Daniele has resulted in numerous online vlogs and humorous skits over the past year.
However, Tsarukyan previously addressed the nature of his dynamic with the content creator during an appearance on the PBD Podcast earlier this year. Clarifying that their relationship remains strictly professional, he explained, "Nina and me are best friends. This is just the content we do together. She has a boyfriend. Her boyfriend creates the videos and he’s always with her. He’s so smart. They work together."
