Sri Lanka has finalized a 15-member squad for the upcoming three-match ODI series against Pakistan, with selectors confirming the team on Friday, July 17. Captained by Chamari Athapaththu, the side features the return of wicketkeeper Anushka Sanjeewani, who previously competed at the 2025 ODI World Cup. Sanjeewani rejoins the setup after being omitted in favor of Kaushani Nuthyangana, who has now been dropped from the squad.

The selection also sees the return of Vishmi Gunaratne, who is fit again after missing the team's previous ODI assignment against Bangladesh in April. Additionally, the squad includes a new face in teenage pacer Rashmika Sewwandi. To make room for these changes, the selectors have omitted Malki Madara, Piumi Wathsala, and Sugandika Kumari from the group that previously secured a 2-1 series victory over Bangladesh.

The upcoming series is scheduled to take place at the Mahinda Rajapaksa International Cricket Stadium in Hambantota. The first one-dayer is set for July 23, followed by the remaining matches on July 25 and 28.

The full Sri Lanka squad for the Pakistan series includes: Chamari Athapaththu (c), Vishmi Gunaratne, Hasini Perera, Harshitha Samarawickrama, Hansima Karunaratne, Kavisha Dilhari, Nilakshika Silva, Anushka Sanjeewani, Chethana Vimukthi, Inoka Ranaweera, Nimasha Meepage, Imesha Dulani, Dewmi Vihanga, Rashmika Sewwandi, and Kawya Kavindi.
