Gineitis, a 21-year-old attacking winger, has been a subject of persistent interest from Celtic, though RB Salzburg is now intensifying efforts to secure the player. Torino has set a minimum asking price of €8m for the winger, a figure that represents a significant profit for the club, which signed him from SPAL in January 2022. Beyond the primary suitors, Gineitis has also attracted attention from Crystal Palace and RSC Anderlecht during the current window.
Alieu Njie, who has been part of the Torino academy setup since 2021, is also drawing interest from Crystal Palace. The player has accumulated 31 Serie A appearances for the club, having successfully returned to action following a serious injury sustained last year.
In other squad developments, defender Rafa Obrador is set to return to Serie A. After spending the last six months on loan at Torino from Benfica—a move that was not made permanent—Obrador is expected to join Sassuolo. According to reports from Fabrizio Romano, the deal is structured as a loan with an option for Sassuolo to purchase the player for €7m.
