Medical sources report that Israeli military actions across the besieged Gaza Strip have resulted in four deaths and multiple injuries, further violating the ceasefire that has been in place since October 10, 2025. Among the casualties, 28-year-old Saeb Abu Mualla was killed when an Israeli drone targeted a tent housing displaced families near the Nuwairi hill area, west of the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza. Several others were reported wounded in the same strike, according to Al-Awda Hospital.
Earlier the same day, Israeli forces opened fire on tents occupied by displaced Palestinians in the Bir 19 area of Al-Mawasi, west of Khan Younis. This attack claimed the life of 59-year-old Mufid Abdul Hamid Abu Al-Anin and left several others injured. In northern Gaza, Mohammed Abu Ashkiyan died from critical wounds sustained during an Israeli drone strike in the Al-Faluja neighborhood, located west of the Jabalia refugee camp. Additionally, Al-Shifa Hospital confirmed the death of 34-year-old Abdullah Ahmed Hassan, who had been receiving medical care for injuries from a previous Israeli attack.
The violence extended to other parts of the enclave, with an Israeli drone dropping an explosive on civilians east of Deir al-Balah, leaving one person moderately wounded. Furthermore, a tank shell strike near the Muawiya Mosque in the Al-Mawasi area of Rafah resulted in another man being wounded. Military activity also intensified in southeastern Gaza City, where vehicles and a bulldozer advanced approximately 150 metres into the Zeitoun neighborhood. Witnesses reported heavy gunfire, artillery shelling, and loud explosions as forces removed concrete barriers near the "yellow line" and pushed toward the Dawla Roundabout on Salah al-Din Street.
According to the Health Ministry, daily Israeli attacks since the October 10, 2025 ceasefire began have resulted in 1,180 deaths and 3,810 injuries. Since the onset of the conflict in October 2023, more than 73,000 Palestinians have been killed, with the majority being women and children, as the enclave continues to face widespread destruction and displacement.
