As part of the transition, their children—Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5—are already enrolled to begin attending a British school this September. King Charles was formally notified of the upcoming move on Sunday. Despite the relocation, there are no current plans for either Prince Harry or Meghan to return to their former roles as working Royals.
While the Sussex family visited King Charles at Highgrove in July, it is understood that the subject of the move was not discussed during that time. Additionally, Prince William and Princess Catherine have been informed of the couple's plans.
