New York Knicks star Karl-Anthony Towns has officially expanded his collection of rings, marrying his partner Jordyn Woods this past weekend in Malibu, California. On Sunday, Aug. 16, the New York Post shared photos and details of the wedding. The couple celebrated their union with an outdoor ceremony set against the backdrop of the ocean, where they exchanged vows under a flowered archway. For the occasion, Woods wore a strapless ball gown complemented by a neck scarf, while Towns donned a black suit and bow tie. In a coordinated display, all guests in attendance wore black attire.

The guest list featured several of Towns' teammates from the New York Knicks, including Jalen Brunson, Josh Hart, OG Anunoby, Miles McBride, and Jose Alvarado. The wedding also drew high-profile attendees such as Ben Stiller and Timothée Chalamet. Kylie Jenner, a close friend of Woods and partner to Chalamet, was also present, alongside other notable guests including Suni Lee and Justin and Hailey Bieber. Adam Weitsman, a family friend and business partner of Woods, shared a photo on his Instagram stories featuring himself and Woods' mother, Elizabeth, at the ceremony, captioning the post to celebrate the couple.

The marriage follows a successful year for the athlete, who won the NBA Finals with the Knicks in June, securing the franchise's first title in 53 years after defeating the San Antonio Spurs in five games. During that playoff run, a handbag from Woods' own brand gained attention as a good luck charm for the team.

Towns and Woods, who were friends for years before they began dating in 2020, have often spoken about the significance of their bond. The couple previously shared in a video interview posted on Instagram in 2021 that the COVID-19 pandemic served as a turning point in their relationship, forcing them to decide whether to remain friends or pursue a romantic future. They ultimately chose the latter, and the reality TV star played a significant role in supporting Towns through the loss of his mother to the coronavirus that same year. The couple publicly announced their engagement on Christmas Day with a social media post captioned "Marry Christmas."

"Came to California to celebrate and attend the wedding of the best couple I know @karltowns and @jordynwoods," he wrote.
