Officials in Russia and Ukraine reported a series of overnight strikes on Sunday, resulting in deaths and multiple injuries on both sides of the conflict. In Russia, authorities confirmed that at least three people were killed and 16 others sustained injuries. Regional head Yegor Kovalchuk reported that a Ukrainian drone strike hit a minibus belonging to an agricultural enterprise in the village of Borshchovo, located in the Bryansk region, resulting in two fatalities and two serious injuries. Additionally, in the Belgorod region, regional Governor Alexander Shuvaev stated that a large-scale overnight drone attack left one person dead and 14 others injured.

Simultaneously, Ukrainian officials reported that Russian strikes caused 10 injuries across the Kharkiv and Vinnytsia regions. According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, six of these injuries occurred during a Russian strike on a residential five-story building in Vinnytsia. The service further noted that three emergency responders were among the wounded, and crews faced repeated strikes while attempting to address fires sparked by the shelling. A fire engine tanker was reported as completely destroyed during the response efforts.

Russia's Defense Ministry stated that its forces continued to target logistics centers, port infrastructure, and vessels allegedly carrying supplies for Ukrainian military forces. The ministry identified the Epicentr logistics center, a distribution facility, and the Vasyshchevo logistics terminal in Kharkiv as targets, claiming they were used to store military or dual-use goods intended to support Ukraine's armed forces. Furthermore, the ministry claimed a dry cargo vessel was struck while en route to the port of Chornomorsk. The Russian military also reported that its air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 532 fixed-wing Ukrainian drones across 25 different Russian regions overnight. These claims from both sides could not be independently verified.
