Milan concluded their pre-season preparations with a commanding 4-2 victory over Manchester United. Although Manchester United reclaimed the lead shortly after the break when Patrick Dorgu capitalized on a defensive error by Filippo Terracciano in the 51st minute, Milan mounted a decisive comeback. Alphadjo Cisse leveled the score at 2-2 in the 57th minute, and Goncalo Ramos headed the visitors into the lead in the 68th minute as Milan went 3-2 up following a cross from the persistent Chukwueze. Ruben Loftus-Cheek sealed the 4-2 result in the 71st minute, beating the goalkeeper at the near post.
