A businessman who facilitated the sale of land for a resort project in Albania, which counts Jared Kushner among its investors, is currently suspected of falsifying property deeds. The allegations center on the legitimacy of the documentation provided by the seller, known as Shehu, during the transaction process.

Despite the ongoing concerns regarding the land titles, there is no evidence suggesting any wrongdoing by Jared Kushner, the son-in-law of U.S. President Donald Trump. Furthermore, the investigation has not identified any indications that Kushner, Sazan Real Estate Development, Albania Land Development, or any other stakeholders involved in the resort project were aware of the suspicions surrounding Shehu at the time the land was purchased.
