Tensions in the Middle East have intensified following a series of military engagements between the United States and Iran. The escalation began when U.S. forces launched strikes in retaliation for attacks targeting commercial shipping vessels navigating the Strait of Hormuz.
In a direct response to the American military action, Iran announced that it had targeted more than 80 U.S. military facilities. These operations were specifically directed at American sites located in Bahrain and Kuwait.
